Prices are for wholesale trade only and are subject to availability

liability ceases after buyer takes possession

orders are COD or on approved account (30% deposit required to hold
order)
All sales are CASH, unless account is in good standing and current. ALl
invoices are due 30 days from delivery. Past due accounts are subject
to 1.5% monthly service charge (18% annually) until account is paid in
full.
Delivery is available at reasonable rates
